Business Branding
How to upload your business logo, and where it appears across Cashvio.
Accessing Branding Settings
- Go to Settings in the sidebar.
- Open Branding.
Note
The Branding page is visible to business-level users with the branding permission.
Uploading Your Logo
The branding setting is your business logo:
- Click the upload area and choose your logo file.
- Supported formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP (up to 5 MB).
- The logo is saved automatically after upload.
Where Your Logo Appears
- Receipts — printed and digital receipts show your logo when Show Logo is enabled in Receipt Settings.
- Online Store — note that the storefront has its own separate logo, uploaded in the Online Store settings for each store.
Tip
Use a clear, high-quality logo that looks good at small sizes. PNG with a transparent background works best on receipts.
