Home at a glance

Home opens with a greeting and today's date. Your sales actions sit beside it: choose New Sale to open the POS or View Sales to review orders. The actions you see depend on your permissions.

Today so far

When analytics is enabled, the Today so far card shows today's revenue, the number of orders, the average order value, and the busiest hour. Beside the figures, a bar strip shows sales hour by hour. It only covers the hours that have already passed, so it fills in as the day goes on. Hover a bar to see that hour's revenue and orders.

Before the first sale of the day the card says No sales yet today. If the figures cannot load, a message appears with Retry when available. If only the hourly breakdown fails, the figures stay visible and you can retry the breakdown on its own.

These figures are always for today, whatever period you choose further down the page.

Shortcuts

Under the Today card, a row of shortcuts opens the pages you use most: Add Product, Add Customer, Manage Inventory, and Invite a shop owner. Add Customer opens the customer form in a dialog. Invite a shop owner opens the sharing options for your signup link. Only the shortcuts allowed by your permissions and enabled features appear.

Needs attention

Each row shows a count and opens the matching list. Rows appear in this order: Orders to fulfill, Overdue payments to review, Returns to review, Stock items to replenish, Orders with a balance to collect, then Discounts expiring soon. Categories with no items are omitted. When nothing is pending, the card says Nothing needs your attention right now. You only see categories available to your role and enabled features; the card is hidden when none apply.

If the counts cannot load, a message appears instead. Use Retry when available.

Latest sales

Latest sales lists your six newest orders with the order number, the customer (or Walk-in customer), the amount, the payment status, and how long ago the order was placed. Select a row to open the order; its back arrow returns you to Home. Choose All sales for the full list.

The list refreshes about once a minute while Home is open. Before your first order it explains that sales will appear here, with a New Sale button when you can create orders. If the list cannot refresh, the last loaded orders stay visible with a warning and Retry.

Sales Overview

Choose Today, This Week, or This Month beside Sales Overview to change its four metrics: revenue, orders, average order value, and gross profit. The update time tells you when these figures last loaded. Comparisons appear when baseline data is available.

A short summary explains changes in revenue and average order value compared with the previous reporting period. If only one comparison is available, only that metric is described. Without a usable baseline, the summary explains that a comparison is not available yet. It does not claim to compare with the same time yesterday. The Today so far card always keeps today's figures.

A period without orders shows a clear message. A failed request shows recovery options rather than implying there were no sales. If a refresh fails temporarily, earlier figures remain visible with a warning that they may be out of date. Use Retry to update them without changing the selected period.

Choose View reports for sales trends and detailed reports.

Store and app shortcuts

At the bottom, eligible accounts may see app installation and Your store is live banners. Each banner can be dismissed separately. The store banner lets you open your storefront or copy its link.

Moving around

On desktop, the sidebar holds everything: your business name, a Search box (or press Ctrl+K / Cmd+K) for pages and actions, the destinations grouped under Sell, Manage, Grow and Account, and at the bottom Support beside the notification bell, labeled language and appearance controls, then Account. The globe shows English or العربية; the sun or crescent shows Light or Dark. On mobile, the top bar keeps search, notifications, support and your account, the bottom bar shows your four main destinations, and More opens the remaining destinations as grouped tiles with New Sale at the top. Keyboard users can use the skip link to reach the main content and Tab to move through actions.

Home follows your selected language and theme. Arabic uses a right-to-left layout; the hourly bar strip always reads left to right, like a clock. All sections adapt to your permissions and enabled features.
