First-Week Checklist

Use this checklist after Quick Setup. Each day builds on the last so you are selling confidently by the end of the week.

Day 1: Account and store

1. Sign up or log in.
2. Open Settings > Stores and confirm name, address, phone, and currency.
3. Enable portal payment methods and fulfillment methods.
4. Walk the Dashboard so you know where Needs Attention and quick actions live.

Day 2: Catalogue

1. Create categories that match how you shelve or sell.
2. Add options if you sell sizes, colors, or other variants.
3. Create your first products, or import from a file if you already have a list.
4. Set cost prices so profit reports stay accurate later.

Day 3: Stock and first sale

1. If you track inventory, set levels and reorder points.
2. Complete your first sale on New Sale.
3. Open the order in Manage Orders and try print or share receipt.

Day 4: Customers and team

1. Add a few customers you sell to often.
2. Invite a cashier or manager under Users with the right role.
3. Practice attaching a customer on the next sale.

Day 5: Online store (optional)

1. Follow Go live online.
2. Add hero images and contact channels under storefront appearance and WhatsApp.
3. Place a test order from your phone and track it.

Day 6 to 7: Grow habits

1. Create one coupon for a real offer.
2. Check sales overview for the week.
3. Turn on sales digest notifications if you want an evening summary.
