Creating Your Account
How to sign up for Cashvio and access your business management portal for the first time.
How to Sign Up
To start using Cashvio, create an account on the Cashvio website. Your free account includes a free POS (cashier) and a free online store — no credit card required.
- Go to the Cashvio website and click Sign Up or Start Free.
- Fill in the registration form:
- Business Name — The name of your business (your first store is created with it).
- Phone Number — Your contact number.
- Email Address — A valid email you have access to. This will be your login.
- Password — Choose a strong password (at least 8 characters).
- Click Create Account. A welcome email with your account details is sent to you, and you are taken to the portal.
Logging In
- Go to the Cashvio portal login page.
- Enter your email or username and password.
- Click Login.
You will be taken to your Dashboard — the main screen of Cashvio.
Team members
If you were added by your business owner, log in with the username and temporary password they shared with you.
Forgot Your Password?
If you forget your password:
- On the login page, click Forgot Password.
- Enter your email or username and submit. A password reset link is sent to your email.
- Open the email and click the reset link.
- Enter your new password (at least 8 characters) and confirm it.
- Click Reset Password.
You can now log in with your new password.
Changing Your Language
Cashvio supports English and Arabic. To switch your language:
- Look at the top of the screen for the language selector.
- Click it and choose your preferred language (English or العربية).
- The entire interface will switch to the selected language immediately.
Note
The language setting applies to your session. Each user can choose their own preferred language independently.
