Sales Overview Report
KPIs, sales charts, top products, store visits, and CSV export on the Overview tab in Reports.
The Overview tab shows your overall business performance at a glance. Use it to spot trends, compare stores and channels, and export data for spreadsheets.
Key metrics
- Total Revenue, Gross Profit, Total Orders, Average Order Value, plus gross margin, items sold, discounts, tax, and new customers, each with a change vs. the prior period
Charts available
- Sales Trends: Sales over time, with peak and lowest points
- Sales by Hour / Day: Hourly breakdown in day view, daily in week/month view
- Sales by Store: Revenue share per store (click a slice to open that store's orders)
- Sales by Channel: Which channels generate the most revenue (online storefront sales count under Web; orders without a channel are excluded from the slices)
- Sales by Payment Method: How customers pay
- Top Products: Best-selling products by quantity and revenue
- Store Visits: Storefront visitors, split into unique, new, and returning
CSV export
The Overview tab supports CSV export of the sales data for use in spreadsheets.
