Dead Stock Report
Find inventory that has not sold in 30, 60, or 90 days and see how much cash is sleeping on your shelves.
The Dead stock tab in Reports answers one question merchants screenshot and share: how much money is tied up in stock that is not moving.
Open the report
- Go to Reports in the sidebar.
- Open the Dead stock tab.
- Pick a window: 30d, 60d, or 90d.
You need analytics on your plan and permission to view orders (same as the other report tabs).
The headline
At the top you see a line like:
EGP 12,000 sleeping on your shelves
That is the total value at cost of active products that still have units on hand and had no completed sales in the selected window (or were never sold). Below it: how many SKUs and units that covers.
The product list
Each row shows:
| Column | Meaning |

| Product | Name, variant, and SKU |
| Store | Which store holds the stock |
| Units | Quantity on hand |
| Value at cost | Units × cost per unit |
| Last sale | Date of the last completed sale, or Never sold |
Tap a row to open that product in the catalogue.
How stock is counted as "dead"
A SKU×store line appears when:
- Quantity on hand is greater than zero
- The product is active
- There is no completed sale for that variant at that store in the last 30, 60, or 90 days (depending on the toggle), or there has never been a sale
Cost comes from the inventory cost on hand, not the selling price.
Tip
Start with 90d to find the deepest sleepers, then tighten to 30d when you want a weekly cleanup list for discounts or purchase pauses.

FAQs
Q: Why is something listed if I sold it yesterday? A: Only completed sales count. Pending or cancelled orders do not clear dead stock.
Q: Can I export the list? A: Not from this tab yet. Use the headline and table for decisions, or open products from the rows.
