Staff Performance Report
Team sales, a neutral sales-by-staff table, discount rates and returns processed per staff member on the Staff report.
The Staff report shows the completed sales each team member rang up in the period, so you can see how the work is shared and where discounts and returns happen.
Headline and key figures
The headline gives team sales, how many staff sold, and the average per person, for example "EGP 42300.00 team sales across 4 staff members; EGP 10575.00 per person."
The tiles are Team sales, Active staff, Average per staff and Team average order.
Sales by staff
Sales by staff lists every staff member who rang up a completed sale, highest sales first, with:

| Items per order | Average items in each order |
| Discount rate | Discounts as a share of their sales before discounts |

| Share of sales | Their part of the team's sales |
Select a row to open the user's details when your role can view users. The list is a plain ranking: there are no medals or labels for individual staff.
Discounts and returns by staff
- Discount rate by staff shows the staff members who gave discounts, highest rate first.
- Returns processed by staff shows how many returns each staff member handled.
Choose Export CSV beside the headline to download the Sales by staff table.
Customer Analytics Report
New and returning customers, repeat rate, revenue by customer type, registered and guest orders, top customers and at-risk customers on the Customers report.
Returns and Fulfillment Reports
Return rate and its change, reasons, refund methods and frequently returned products on the Returns report, and how completed sales reach customers on the Fulfillment report.
