Business Settings & Plan

Where to view your business information and manage your plan features and capacity limits.

Business Information

Go to Settings > Business to view your business details:

  • Business Name
  • Contact Phone (and a secondary phone, if set)

Note

Business information is currently view-only in the portal. It was set when your account was created — contact support if you need to change it.

Who can see this?

The Business, Branding, and Plan pages are visible only to business-level users (like the account owner). Team members with store-level roles do not see them.

Plan & Features

Go to Settings > Plan to see everything included in your plan.

Your subscription at a glance

At the top of the Plan page you'll find your subscription card showing:

  • Plan name and price (or "Free" for the free plan)
  • Status — Active, or a warning state if your subscription has expired
  • Renewal date — when the current period ends

Requesting an upgrade or renewal

There is nothing to pay online — plans are managed by the Cashvio team. To upgrade or renew:

  1. Open Settings > Plan.
  2. Click Request upgrade or renewal.
  3. Optionally write what you need (for example "we need more stores").
  4. Send the request — our team receives it with your account details and contacts you.

This button works even after your subscription expires, so you can always ask for a renewal.

What happens when a paid plan expires

On the free plan?

The free plan renews itself automatically — no reminders, no read-only period, no lock. Everything below applies to paid plans only.

You will never be locked out without warning:

  1. Reminders — we email you (and send an in-app notification) 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before your subscription ends.
  2. Read-only period — after the end date, your account switches to read-only for a limited grace period (about a week). Everyone can still log in and view orders, products, reports, and customers — but nothing can be created or changed. A banner on the Plan page shows exactly when the grace period ends.
  3. Account lock — if the subscription still isn't renewed when the grace period ends, sign-in is disabled until you renew.

Your data is safe

Nothing is ever deleted when a subscription expires. Renewing restores full access exactly as you left it.

Features are grouped into three sections:

GroupWhat it contains
ModulesThe main sections of the system (Orders, Products, Inventory, Customers, Suppliers, Analytics, POS, Roles, Online Store, Coupons, Overdue Payments)
Advanced FeaturesExtra capabilities such as advanced analytics, advanced inventory, and custom reports
Capacity LimitsYour plan's limits — maximum stores, users, and POS devices ("Unlimited" when there is no cap)

Turning features on and off

Features you are allowed to control show a toggle switch — for example, you can switch off a module your team doesn't use, and it disappears from the sidebar for everyone.

Some features display a chip instead of a toggle:

ChipMeaning
UpgradeNot included in your current plan — upgrade to unlock it
LockedIncluded and always on in your plan — cannot be switched off
CustomSet specifically for your account by the Cashvio team

Tip

Turning off unused modules keeps the portal simpler for your team. You can switch them back on at any time without losing data.
