Win-back Reminders

How Cashvio nudges you by email and push if your shop goes quiet for a week or more.

If nobody on your team logs in and no orders are recorded for a while, Cashvio sends a short win-back reminder so you can jump back into selling. The sequence gets a little stronger over time, then stops once you return.

When it sends

Reminders look at the later of:

  • the last time anyone on your team logged in
  • the last order date (POS or online store)
Quiet forWhat you get
7 daysGentle "we miss you" email + push
14 daysStronger "your store is waiting" email + push
30 daysFinal "your store is still here" email + push

Each step is sent once per quiet period. If you come back and later go quiet again, the sequence can start over.

What the message includes

  • A short note that your catalog, customers, and storefront are still saved
  • A button or tap target that opens New Sale (POS) so the next order is one click away

Push notifications use the same in-app bell feed as other alerts. Emails go to the oldest team members who have an email on file (up to three).

How to stop the reminders

Just use Cashvio again:

  1. Log in to the business portal, or
  2. Record any order (cashier or online store)

On the next daily check, Cashvio clears the quiet streak and will not keep nudging you until you go quiet again.

Tip

Win-back is for quiet shops, not a sales report. For evening revenue snapshots, see Daily and Weekly Sales Digests.

FAQs

Q: Can I turn win-back emails off? A: Not with a separate toggle yet. Coming back to the portal or taking any sale stops the sequence for that quiet period.

Q: What time do these go out? A: Around 10:00 AM Egypt time, once per day.

Q: Do deactivated accounts get win-back messages? A: No. Only active businesses are included.
